Well I have been pulled away in many directions this week but food is always on the table here! Tonight we are grilling Chicken Breasts. What I do for my family is buy my chicken during our “Dollar Days”. I get nice size breasts on the bone. This is for $1.00 a pound. I stock up! They come in 3-4 pound packages. I either freeze all together or I may boil them, pull off the bone and then freeze. It is a snap to pull out cooked Chicken breast and prepare taco’s etc. (more…)
