I am excited to start this blog, I have wanted to do a cooking blog for some time!
I am a wife of twenty plus years, mother to three young adults. Brandon 22, Justin 20 and Aerial 17. My boys at the moment live on their own, my middle son will be coming home from his first year at college for the summer.
I have been cooking for well over twenty years and enjoy preparing fresh foods from my garden. I have introduced my kids to an array of food. This blog will be what we eat everyday, with only one daughter at home I still like to cook like I am cooking for an army.. I swear I have some Italian blood in my veins..
I lost my Corporate America job December of 2005. I have been blogging and building websites ever since. My goal of course is to be so fabulous someone ask’s me to do a cooking show. Everyday cooking with April
