Friday Already?
Well I have been pulled away in many directions this week but food is always on the table here! Tonight we are grilling Chicken Breasts. What I do for my family is buy my chicken during our “Dollar Days”. I get nice size breasts on the bone. This is for $1.00 a pound. I stock up! They come in 3-4 pound packages. I either freeze all together or I may boil them, pull off the bone and then freeze. It is a snap to pull out cooked Chicken breast and prepare taco’s etc.

Barbecued Chicken
Pasta Salad
Beans
My barbecue sauce recipe is spicy
One can chipolte peppers
One 16 oz Barbecue sauce (any variety you enjoy)
Two Jalapeños
Tonight we are doing a basic pasta salad out of the box..
Instead of adding Mayo I will add Buttermilk Ranch.
You can get adventurous with any boxed salad!
Beans, add right on top of the grill.
When your done grilling the chicken clean the grill off when it is still hot. I use a scrubby sort of tool with a long handle.
