Mondays Menu
Whenever I say Mondays Menu I think Monday Night Football.
Okay so it is only May but it is chilly in MinnesOta. Tonight were having Chili dogs and Corn on the cob with Jalapeño garlic butter. This is really yummy.
First off making the chili..
If you make fresh salsa try to add it to a dish the next day. This is my Salsa from Sunday that I prepared. Not much left, I had a breakfast of Champions this AM.. Chips and Salsa!
So were going to saute the mixture then I add one pound lean ground beef.
Cook it and then drain it, add mixture back into pot
Add
1 29 oz Tomato Sauce
2 Cans Beans. (This can be any variety that you enjoy)
Add One Package Chili Seasoning Mix
Cook this on medium Low heat so you do not burn the bottom
Now were going to prepare the butter.

This is really easy
Your going to take a tub of Shedds Spread and add your desired amount of Jalapeños and garlic and mix it all up.
Then were having Corn on the Cob. Grill it or Boil it. This is to your liking. I prefer to grill mine but tonight we were upstairs and the grill is downstairs.
Grab those hot dogs, Sausages, Kielbasa or whatever type of “dog” you like. Grill or boil your meat.
Place the dog in the bun, top with Chili.
Add your Corn On The Cob with your special butter blend.
This is a great meal because there is not much left over. This Feeds a family of 4 easily.
