Whenever I say Mondays Menu I think Monday Night Football. Okay so it is only May but it is chilly in MinnesOta. Tonight were having Chili dogs and Corn on the cob with Jalapeño garlic butter. This is really yummy.

If you make fresh salsa try to add it to a dish the next day. This is my Salsa from Sunday that I prepared.  Not much left, I had a breakfast  of Champions this AM..  Chips and Salsa! (more…)
